People reports Michael Bublé and wife Luisana Lopilato have named their brand new baby daughter Vida Amber Betty Bublé.
The new bundle of joy was born last Wednesday, July 25.
“The family is back home and are overjoyed with the new addition,” Bublé’s rep tells People.
The little girl, whose name means “life” in Spanish, weighed a healthy 6 lbs., 1 oz. Amber is the name of the 42-year-old crooner’s mom; Betty is Lopilato’s mom’s name, People notes.
It seems the couple hinted at the name in a social media post welcoming the baby into the world last week: “We love you to infinity and beyond,” Luisana noted in Spanish. “We waited for you not only to grow as a family…you gave us light, hope, you are and will be our souls’ life.”
That last word, “Vida,” was capitalized.
The baby girl joined big brothers Elias, two-and-a-half, and Noah, who’s almost five.
In late 2016, both Michael and Luisana announced they were putting their careers on hold to care for Noah, then three, after he was diagnosed with liver cancer. His treatment was successful, and Michael returned to the spotlight this year.
